I was told there is an exclusive members only Korean KTV in Chinatown point.

On the dark Tuesday night, I trooped up Chinatown point in the hopes of finding this secluded destination. When the lift opened up to the 5th floor, you can see the entrance to this club. I walked in and was told that this is a members only club. Oh well. What an anti cimax, so much for korean kimchi.

I trooped next door. Hey this is the Club Macau that my KTV girl told me about. The lights to the door are led and very bright. Feels like I am back in China. As I am alone, there is no way I am going to get a KTV room by myself. I asked the waiter "Is there live performance or stage?" He pointed to the left.

I walked up to the glass door and it moved. Taking a pensive step into the room, I scanned around. In the centre of the place is a round stage with sofas around. There is a DJ counter beside the stage. Further outside there are sofas and seats. The immediate is like that of a TD.

And my oh my, the ladies are pretty. A couple of them are actress standard. The Chinese GT must run very deep in this place. The plus point is that they can really really sing. One lady sang Minnie Riperton's Loving You in perfect english.

The ring a rosie donation show was when they stood in a circle on stage and took turns to sing. Flowers then flew on stage and a winner is crowned for the day.

The GT really runs deep. This place reminds me of Icon and Thai Discos, a play money play flower play All Out sort of place.

The damage for my vodka 7up (they auto served $5 nuts and $1 cheap perfume Chinese dinner napkin) came up to $21. s_xpensive I say.

The clock struck 12 and I left feeling thoroughly entertained. This is one place I would be back again. Not for the singers or GT but more to enjoy the atmosphere and performance.
