Do you think there should be a good private and discreet hotel?

I believe the need for a discreet hotel which does not have the sleazy image of Hotel 81. With a private lobby (so no one can see) and private membership. Even better, do without the lobby and just private entry. Not hotel 81 such that you can bring any woman there without the sleazy overhang.
